Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — for most orders of $100 or more, we offer free shipping within the contiguous United States. Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO addresses, and P.O. Boxes are excluded.
How fast do you ship?
We aim to ship every order within 3 business days. Preorders ship together with your full order once all items have been released.
Do you combine shipping when I buy multiple cards?
Yes. Multiple cards from a single order ship together in one package — there's no per-card shipping charge.
How are my cards packaged?
Every card ships sleeved and protected. Higher-value orders go out in bubble mailers so they're cushioned in transit and arrive in the condition described.
Do you ship internationally?
We can ship to U.S.-based mail-forwarding services. Please note that once your package reaches the forwarder, it's in their possession and we're unable to take responsibility for it from that point.
Card Condition & Authenticity
How do you grade card condition?
We grade every card to TCGplayer's condition standard, so a grade means the same thing here as it does on the marketplace: Near Mint (NM) — looks fresh from the pack, at most very minor handling marks; Lightly Played (LP) — minor border or corner wear, light scratches or edge scuffing, no creasing; Moderately Played (MP) — moderate naked-eye wear, scratching, scuffing, and light creasing or whitening; Heavily Played (HP) — major wear such as creasing, scuffing, whitening, or water damage, but no tearing; and Damaged (DMG) — heavier flaws like creasing, bends, tears, or water damage, always listed clearly up front. The condition in the listing is the condition you receive.
Are your cards authentic?
Always. Every card is a genuine, individually inspected piece — we sort and verify our inventory by hand before it's ever listed.

What's your return policy?
We want you to buy with confidence. If something isn't right, contact us within one week of delivery and we'll make it right. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, and some terms apply — please see our full

How do preorders work?
Preorder items ship once they've been released. If your order includes both in-stock and preorder items, the whole order ships together when everything is available. Preorders are non-refundable.
