We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

For any returns or order cancellations, there will be a 10% fee applied. This fee also applies to orders that are returned to us due to incorrect addresses provided by customers. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
Once an item has been shipped, we will not be able to refund any shipping costs, including those that were covered by us. We truly appreciate your understanding as we aim to keep our business running smoothly.
To facilitate your needs, please ensure that any returns are sent back within one week of delivery. We cannot process any refunds or returns for pre-order products, as these items are specifically ordered from our suppliers when you place your order through our website.
