How to pack your cards

Once we've agreed on an offer, here's how to get your cards to us safely. You're responsible for packing your cards so they arrive in the same condition they were sold to us — so take your time and pack carefully.

1. Desleeve & align
Remove all cards from sleeves, top-loaders, and binders before you pack — please send them unsleeved. At a minimum, face all cards the same direction (oriented the same way) so they stack cleanly and we can process them quickly.
2. Bundle & secure
Group your cards into bundles of around 100, then either wrap each bundle snugly in paper or slide it into a team bag or other resealable bag — this keeps cards from rubbing or shifting in transit. If you use rubber bands, band the wrapped bundle, never directly on bare cards.
3. Cushion the box
Place your wrapped stacks in the box and fill any empty space so nothing shifts during shipping.
4. Use a sturdy box
Ship in a rigid cardboard box — not a plain envelope — and tape all seams securely.
5. Include your order details
Print out (or write down) your full order info — your name, contact, and offer/order reference — and place it inside the box so we can immediately link the package to you as the seller. Shipping more than one box? Include it in every box and number them (e.g., “1 of 2”).
6. Ship within 7 days, with tracking
Ship no later than 7 days after your order is approved, using a tracked service (add insurance for higher-value shipments). Your tracking must show movement within those 7 days — orders that don't may be canceled. Keep your tracking number until your payment clears.
Selling sealed product? It must arrive free of dings, with no broken or ripped packaging. If it has a plastic shrink-wrap seal, that seal must be tight and intact — not loose or torn. Pack it so it stays that way in transit.
Condition is your responsibility in transit. Pack so your cards arrive in the same condition they were sold to us. Any items that arrive in worse condition than agreed will either be discounted to match their actual condition, or mailed back to you at your expense.
Where to ship: Use the ship-to address shown on your sell acceptance page. Please don't ship before your offer is accepted.
